DUBAI – This UAE National Day, dining takes a cultural turn at Mausam, Dubai Mall, where food becomes a bridge between traditions.

The restaurant has unveiled its Indo-Emirati Fusion Thali, a limited-edition dining experience inspired by the nation’s spirit of unity and artistry. Combining Indian finesse with Emirati warmth, the spread is designed to capture the vibrance and hospitality that define both cultures.

Served from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM on 2 and 3 December, the thali invites diners to savour a journey across borders for Dh195 per person. Guests can expect an elegant presentation that celebrates not just flavour, but the shared story of two rich culinary heritages.

What’s on the menu?

The Indo-Emirati Fusion Thali at Mausam offers an indulgent medley of dishes crafted to reflect cross-cultural creativity. Highlights include the Luqaimat Chaat, where a classic Emirati dessert takes on a tangy Indian twist; the Chicken Tikka Majboos, a spiced symphony blending Indian grill techniques with a beloved Gulf staple; and the Pistachio Dates Gujiya, a delicate sweet that brings together festive notes from both traditions.

Each dish is plated with precision and artistry, embodying the restaurant’s philosophy of reimagining Indian cuisine through innovation while honouring authenticity. Guests can experience this special offering for lunch or dinner against the stunning backdrop of the Dubai Fountain.
