DUBAI – The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is set to dazzle once again as the nation celebrates its 54th National Day, also known as Eid Al Etihad, on December 2, 2025.
The celebrations will stretch from November 27 to December 3, with fireworks, cultural shows, and live performances lighting up Dubai and Abu Dhabi’s skyline.

Fireworks and family fun in Dubai
Global Village: Dubai’s Global Village promises one of the grandest National Day celebrations from November 27 to December 3.
Visitors can enjoy fireworks every night from December 1 to 3 at 9pm, with UAE-themed drone shows on December 1 and 2. The main stage will host a stunning theatrical dance operetta titled From the Desert to the Stars, performed twice daily. Traditional Yola and Harbiya shows will fill the park with heritage rhythms, while Khaleeji artist Khalid Mohammed performs live on December 1 at 9pm.

Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai: Few experiences rival the fireworks and fountain shows at Burj Khalifa, which will illuminate the heart of Dubai on December 2.
The display will be visible from several vantage points around Downtown Dubai, including Souk Al Bahar, Burj Park, and the Dubai Mall promenade. Free viewing areas are available, though nearby restaurants offer exclusive dining views.

Fireworks and family fun in Abu Dhabi
Yas Bay Waterfront: Abu Dhabi’s Yas Island will celebrate with two nights of fireworks on December 2 and 3, beginning at 9pm. The waterfront festivities start from 3pm, featuring cultural performances, falconry demonstrations, and a Flag Garden showcasing 54 UAE flags. Visitors can also enjoy henna, calligraphy, local food stalls, and a classic car exhibition.

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental: This iconic hotel will host fireworks on December 2 at 9:15pm, complemented by a festive programme running from November 29 to December 3.
