DUBAI – The Dubai Holding Entertainment is set to welcome 2026 with a line-up of vibrant, family-friendly New Year’s Eve experiences across some of the city’s most popular destinations, including Dubai Parks and Resorts, The Green Planet Dubai and Wild Wadi Waterpark.
From fireworks displays and themed entertainment to immersive nature experiences and festive dining, residents and visitors can choose from a variety of ways to mark the final night of the year.
Dubai Parks and Resorts
Dubai Parks and Resorts invites guests to turn New Year’s Eve into a full-day celebration, combining adventure, entertainment and seasonal festivities.
Visitors can begin the day exploring the destination’s latest attractions, including high-energy experiences at Speed Zone, Archery & Axe Throwing, the Shooting Zone and Mini Golf. Younger guests can enjoy Neon Galaxy, an indoor play universe filled with slides, climbing zones and ninja-style obstacle challenges.
Those looking for interactive experiences can step into The Hidden Chamber, a Mayan-themed escape room, or explore Perplex City, a walk-through attraction designed around optical illusions and photo-friendly installations.
As evening approaches, The World of Riverland becomes the focal point of the celebrations. A family-friendly New Year’s Eve fireworks display is scheduled for Wednesday, 31 December at 9:30pm, set against festive décor, live performances and seasonal entertainment. Guests can also enjoy winter-themed attractions such as Snow in the Desert and The Nutcrackers.
Children can visit Santa House for a special meet-and-greet, where they can take photos, share their letters and make wishes for the year ahead, before heading to The Wishing Trees to leave messages of hope for 2026.
The night continues with The Magic We Share Parade, featuring dancers, acrobats and illuminated costumes moving through the venue.

Dinosaur-themed glamping celebrations
For families seeking a more immersive New Year’s Eve experience, T-Rex Glamping offers a distinctive way to welcome 2026. Billed as the world’s only dinosaur-themed glamping destination, the experience runs from 30 December to 1 January and includes a dedicated New Year’s Eve staycation programme.
