DUBAI’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced the resumption of four luxury bus routes and electric tourist abras to serve visitors of Global Village during its milestone 30th season.

Running from 15th October 2025 to 10th May 2026, the new services are designed to provide convenient and comfortable travel options for both residents and tourists.

The initiative reflects RTA’s continued commitment to supporting Dubai’s tourism infrastructure through safe, integrated, and sustainable mobility solutions.

Four direct bus routes

The RTA will operate four direct bus routes linking major transport hubs across the city with Global Village.

Each service is designed to provide passengers with premium comfort and safety standards, ensuring a seamless journey to one of Dubai’s most popular entertainment and shopping destinations.

The routes include:

  • Route 102: Al Rashidiya Bus Station – Global Village (every 60 minutes)
  • Route 103: Union Bus Station – Global Village (every 40 minutes)
  • Route 104: Al Ghubaiba Bus Station – Global Village (every 60 minutes)
  • Route 106: Mall of the Emirates Bus Station – Global Village (every 60 minutes)

RTA’s luxury buses are equipped with advanced amenities that ensure a comfortable travel experience for individuals and families alike. Each vehicle offers high standards of safety, modern interiors, and smooth connectivity, allowing passengers to relax and enjoy the ride to and from Global Village.

Tourist abras return

Alongside the road transport services, RTA is also reinstating its electric tourist abras within Global Village. Two abras will operate across the venue’s internal waterways, offering visitors a scenic way to explore the destination from a new perspective.
