Dubai unveils region's first on-demand fuel and car wash at parking spots
New service aims to boost convenience and reduce environmental impact
DUBAI: Parkin Company, Dubai’s largest paid public parking operator, has joined forces with CAFU, the global on-demand fuel delivery and vehicle services platform, to introduce the region’s first parking-based fuel and car wash service.
The launch, set for today (Thursday, 14th August 2025), will make it possible for motorists to refuel or have their vehicles washed while parked in Parkin facilities across the emirate.
Under the agreement, customers can request services via a link sent by SMS or WhatsApp, and later through the Parkin mobile app. CAFU users will still be able to access the offering via the CAFU app. The initiative is part of Parkin’s wider growth strategy to integrate more customer-focused services into its operations.

What is included?
The service covers on-demand fuel delivery and eco-friendly car washes, using a pressurised wash system designed to minimise water consumption. Beyond the convenience factor, the partnership aims to reduce unnecessary trips to petrol stations and car wash outlets, easing traffic congestion and cutting emissions in line with the UAE’s Green Agenda 2030.
Both companies highlight that the unified system powering the service is designed for seamless integration, allowing real-time coordination between Parkin’s parking network and CAFU’s service teams. The car wash option supports sustainability goals by limiting water waste, while mobile fuel delivery helps eliminate multiple short car journeys.
How will it work?
Motorists parked in Parkin facilities will receive a message with a service link, enabling quick booking without leaving their vehicle. Once booked, CAFU teams will arrive at the parking location to carry out the requested task. The process is designed to turn idle parking time into productive service time, with no disruption to the customer’s schedule.
The agreement requires no capital investment from Parkin, yet it is projected to generate between Dh5 million and Dh7 million annually for the company. This reflects the strong commercial potential of the venture and the appeal of tech-driven mobility solutions.
The rollout covers Parkin’s entire paid public parking portfolio in Dubai. The partnership aligns with both companies’ shared focus on innovation, digital integration and convenience in urban mobility.
Eng. Mohamed Abdulla Al Ali, CEO of Parkin, said the initiative “turns idle parking time into a moment of convenience” and positions Parkin as an “integrated, customer-focused, mobility platform”.
Rashid Al Ghurair, Founder and CEO of CAFU, described it as “a much-needed step towards transforming urban car care into an effortless part of everyday life”, bringing their services directly to “the very heart of the city’s parking network”.
