The service is available through the Dubai Police website and smart app, giving tourists access to support through digital channels.

Smart app

The platform provides round-the-clock access to a broad range of policing and security services, allowing users to complete various procedures and access information without needing to visit a police station.

In most cases, customers can use the service to check their criminal and financial status without visiting police stations, judicial authorities or entities responsible for rental disputes and other related matters.

Police Eye

The Police Eye service was among the community-focused tools presented at the event.

It encourages members of the public to contribute to security, help prevent crime and report unlawful activities through the service.

More digital services

Visitors were introduced to several other digital policing services, including Smart Police Station services, the Lost and Found system, the eCrime platform and the cybercrime awareness platform.

Seven new partnerships

Beyond its visitor-facing services, Dubai Police signed seven memoranda of understanding with entities, institutions and companies during the exhibition.

The agreements focus on expanding strategic partnerships, strengthening integration between different sectors and developing services and initiatives linked to quality of life and the experience of residents, visitors and tourists.

The ATM platform also received official delegations, with 67 UAE and international delegations visiting the Dubai Police stand to learn about its practices, services and innovative technologies supporting tourism security.
