DMCC unveils twin Uptown Dubai towers adding 560,000 sq ft office space
Flexible office layouts designed for multinational firms and high-growth enterprises
DUBAI – DMCC, the international business district driving global trade through Dubai, has unveiled the launch of DMCC’s latest commercial expansion within Uptown Dubai.
The development introduces One Uptown Place and Two Uptown Place, two premium office towers forming part of the district’s next phase of growth. Together, they mark a significant addition to Dubai’s evolving commercial skyline at a time of rising demand for high-specification workspace.
Leasing is expected to open in the second half of the year, while completion is targeted for the first quarter of 2028. The announcement reinforces Uptown Dubai’s positioning as a connected hub for trade, finance and emerging industries.
Office expansion
The twin towers will collectively deliver more than 560,000 square feet of Grade A office space, pushing the district’s total commercial footprint beyond 1 million square feet. One tower rises 21 storeys while the second reaches 15 storeys, offering a broad range of occupier options.

Office units will vary from 2,100 square feet to 17,600 square feet, catering to both multinational corporations and rapidly scaling businesses. Selected floors will feature multi-level integrated layouts linked by private staircases, designed to support larger tenants requiring operational continuity and internal connectivity.
Mixed use growth
An additional 82,000 square feet of retail space will be integrated into the development, reinforcing the district’s mixed-use model. The wider Uptown Dubai ecosystem continues to evolve with the expansion of financial and capital market initiatives such as FinX and the Wealth Hub.

These platforms are designed to attract financial institutions, fintech companies, alternative lenders and digital asset firms, increasing demand for premium office infrastructure in strategically connected locations across the district.
Design features
Designed by Brewer Smith Brewer Group, the towers prioritise efficiency, functionality and user experience across all levels. Floor-to-ceiling glazing will provide panoramic district views, while 13 destination-controlled elevators aim to streamline vertical movement for tenants. Additional features include in-building dining options, curated retail outlets and a swimming pool. More than 1,600 parking spaces will be provided, supported by valet services and a dedicated shuttle connection linking directly to the Dubai Metro network.

The buildings are targeting LEED Gold certification, incorporating energy and water efficiency systems, solar-controlled glazing and enhanced indoor environmental standards as DMCC continues accepting expressions of interest ahead of formal leasing activity later in the year.
