Samana Developers launches five major Dubai projects worth Dh1.9bn
Strong sales performance places developer among leading off-plan players citywide
DUBAI – Samana Developers has initiated construction on five major residential projects across Dubai, marking another significant expansion phase for the UAE developer.
The combined portfolio carries an estimated value of Dh1.9 billion, equivalent to approximately $517 million.
The groundbreaking underscores continued momentum in the emirate’s real estate sector, particularly within the off-plan segment, where demand remains strong across multiple districts.
Project rollout
The five developments together will deliver around 1,428 residential units across strategically selected locations in the city. The portfolio includes Samana Boulevard Heights in Dubai Land Residence Complex with 541 units, Samana Imperial Garden in Arjan comprising 344 units, and Samana Greenfield 1 in Al Warsan 4 featuring 310 units. Additional projects include Samana Hills South 3 in Dubai South with 147 units and the boutique Samana Rome 3 in Meydan District 11 offering 85 units.
The developer confirmed that while official completion timelines were not disclosed in the press statement, data from the Dubai Land Department’s REST app indicates phased delivery is expected through 2028. The staggered completion approach aligns with broader market practices in Dubai’s off-plan sector, where long-term project cycles are increasingly common.
Samana Developers
Samana Developers’ latest expansion comes at a time when the company has strengthened its position within Dubai’s competitive property landscape. According to the Dubai Land Department’s H1 2025 sales performance report, the developer ranked fifth among all off-plan sellers in the emirate.
The company recorded Dh2.4 billion in sales during the first half of 2025 alone, surpassing its total performance for the entire previous year. This growth reflects sustained investor confidence and a steady pipeline of demand-driven residential offerings across key urban corridors.
Expansion drive
The developer’s approach has focused on aligning project locations with data-led assessments of rental yield potential, infrastructure growth, and long-term capital appreciation. Recent launches have spanned Dubai Islands, Arjan, Majan, and Jumeirah Village Circle, reinforcing a geographically diversified portfolio strategy..
Earlier this month, Samana also began handover of Samana Santorini, a 157-unit resort-style development located in Dubai Studio City.
The company’s headquarters in Business Bay, supported by satellite offices across key districts, continues to facilitate its expanding operational footprint.
