CG Developers Global launches first JW Marriott Residences in Dubai
115 exclusive ocean-view homes showcase elevated island-inspired living
DUBAI – CG Developers, the real estate arm of multinational conglomerate CG Corp Global, has announced the launch of the first JW Marriott Residences in Dubai.
The formal signing ceremony also included the unveiling of the residences at Dubai Islands, Central, alongside the reveal of CG Developers’ refreshed global logo.
Established in 1995, CG Developers Global has a proven track record of developing over 2 million square feet with a sales value exceeding US$1 billion.
JW Marriott Residences
The JW Marriott Residences represent a collaboration between CG Developers Global’s expertise and Marriott International’s globally recognised service standards. The development will offer 115 meticulously designed 1, 2, and 3-bedroom ocean-view homes. Residents will enjoy wellness-inspired living, with access to a rooftop pool overlooking the Arabian Gulf, spa facilities, a fitness centre, JW Market Café, curated lounges, and bespoke concierge services.

Iconic design
JW Marriott Residences at Dubai Islands, Central, are set within a scenic archipelago and are connected to Dubai’s main arterial roads via dedicated bridges. Completion is expected by early 2028. The residences’ architectural design is intended to serve as a landmark, combining elegance, harmony, and wellness-inspired amenities. The project reflects Dubai Islands’ rise as a key destination for premium residential and tourism-led developments, aligned with Dubai’s 2040 Urban Master Plan.
The development offers a distinctive investment opportunity in an area with strong infrastructure, scenic waterfronts, and increasing demand for lifestyle-driven returns.
