DUBAI – Back by overwhelming demand, India’s viral sensation Ravi Gupta is bringing his distinctive brand of comedy to Dubai once again.
The celebrated stand-up comedian and storyteller is set to perform on Saturday, 1st November 2025, at the Emirates Theatre, Jumeirah, offering two separate shows at 6PM and 9PM. The event, presented by Sublime Entertainment and Enara Events, promises an evening packed with humour, originality, and the charm that has made Gupta one of India’s most loved performers.

Who is Ravi Gupta?
Born on 18 September 1990 in Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Ravi Gupta has emerged as one of India’s most promising voices in stand-up comedy. Before stepping into the spotlight, he studied Applied Arts and Illustration at Banaras Hindu University and began his professional journey as an illustrator and content manager in Delhi. His creative background continues to influence his storytelling style, bringing visual clarity and vivid imagery to his performances.
Gupta’s comedy career took shape in 2015 when he began performing at open mics, gradually earning recognition for his fresh approach and grounded humour. His viral video “Main Kal Ki Chinta Nahi Karta” became a turning point, winning over audiences across India and establishing him as a household name. Known for exploring themes of family quirks, office life, and social absurdities, Gupta’s best-known performances include “Attitude,” “Office,” “Parents,” and “Shudh Desi Dark Humour (Special).”

The Dubai performance will take place at Emirates International School – Jumeirah, located on Al Thanya Street. The show is open to audiences aged 14 and above, with gates opening at 5:30 PM for the first performance and 8:30 PM for the second.
Tickets, priced from $50.72 (approximately Dh186), are available in four categories on a first-come-first-serve basis. The Silver category is situated on the first floor, while the remaining categories are located on the ground level, with a few stairs leading to the main auditorium.
Guests are advised to consider accessibility before booking, as all tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be upgraded. Photography and videography are strictly prohibited once the show begins, and smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere on the premises. Attendees are also reminded that outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the auditorium, although snacks and beverages will be available for purchase in the foyer area.
Venue and access
Limited paid RTA parking is available outside the venue, and organisers strongly encourage early arrival to avoid congestion. Visitors travelling by public transport can take buses 12, 93, or F29 to the Thanaya Junction 2 stop, followed by a short 15-minute walk to the venue. For those opting for private transport, the auditorium can be reached via Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) by taking Exit 41 toward Al Thanya Street, following the ramp, taking the second exit at the roundabout, and turning right after a short U-turn. The destination will appear on the right-hand side, with GPS navigation highly recommended.
