AJMAN – Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel has announced a series of achievements at the Hozpitality Group’s Middle East Chef Excellence Awards, F&B Excellence Awards, and Leaders Powerlist 2026.

The Ajman-based five-star property secured multiple accolades across culinary and food and beverage categories, highlighting the expertise and dedication of its teams. It underlines the hotel’s focus on delivering refined dining experiences and high standards of hospitality in the UAE.

The hotel’s culinary and F&B professionals were honoured across several categories, celebrating their creativity, leadership, and commitment to excellence. Among the individual winners recognised were Chef Leader Powerlist recipient Abdo Badra and F&B Leader Powerlist honouree Michael Fernandes.

Award wins

The list of achievements included several key industry recognitions, with Chue Thinzar Khine named Female Chef of the Year and Ganesh Man Shrestha receiving the Kitchen Manager of the Year award. Belal Farhan Alsayed was recognised as Butcher Chef of the Year, while Sayed Kutubuddin secured the title of Banquet Chef of the Year.

The hotel’s service team was also celebrated, with Heina Tablate receiving the F&B Server of the Year award and Melynde Ernesto being recognised as Restaurant Manager of the Year. These honours reflected the contribution of various departments in creating seamless guest experiences across the property.

The evening’s standout recognition was awarded to Dragon’s Place Restaurant, which was named Best Dinner Venue of the Year. The award acknowledged the restaurant’s distinctive Asian fusion concept, elegant atmosphere, and memorable dining experience.
