The airline reported a 30 percent increase in the number of Emirati women joining its workforce in 2025 compared to 2023, reflecting a strong commitment to developing homegrown talent.
Nasser Binkherbash, Senior Vice President of Human Resources at flydubai, said the day was a chance to honour the achievements of Emirati women while strengthening efforts to create an environment where they can thrive.
