DUBAI – Millions of viewers around the world will witness the 2026 Dubai Marathon live on February 1 as TV stations and online platforms provide coverage of the race’s 25th anniversary.
Organised under the Dubai Sports Council, the event is expected to attract global attention, showcasing the UAE’s status as a hub for elite international sport.
The Marathon will feature the iconic 42.195km route along Jumeirah Beach, alongside the 10km Road Race and 4km Fun Run, bringing together elite athletes and thousands of amateur participants. Lead expert commentary will be delivered by former Marathon World Champion Paula Radcliffe, with the race beginning at 5.45am UAE time.

African audiences can tune in via three channels: Ethiopia Broadcast Corporation, Africa XP and SuperSport. Dubai Sports Channel will cater to viewers across the Middle East and North Africa. In the Asia Pacific region, SPOTV will cover Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea and Thailand, while Huya serves the Chinese market.
For US viewers, Fortius Media and its regional networks will broadcast the race live, marking the Middle East’s oldest international marathon as a must-watch global event. Highlights will air on CNBC Europe, CNBC Asia, CNBC Latin America, as well as RTHK Hong Kong and various inflight channels worldwide.

For those without TV access, the Dubai Marathon’s official YouTube channel offers unrestricted live coverage globally. The Olympic Channel will also stream the event online and via its app, ensuring fans can watch anywhere, with commentary from experts on both elite and recreational runners.
