ABU DHABI – Al Raha Beach Resort & Spa has announced the appointment of Dharmendra Singh as its new Director of Food & Beverage.
With more than 20 years of international experience across luxury resorts, hotels and cruise lines, Singh is set to enhance the culinary offering at the five-star property.
Who is Dharmendra Singh?
Over the course of his career, Singh has held senior leadership positions with globally renowned brands such as JA Resorts & Hotels, One&Only Resorts, and Royal Caribbean Cruises. His expertise spans large-scale food and beverage operations, launching acclaimed dining concepts, and leading high-performing teams to deliver consistently outstanding guest experiences.
Most recently with JA Resorts & Hotels, Singh oversaw multiple outlets, raising culinary standards while driving service excellence. His ability to combine operational leadership with creativity has been a defining factor in his career and is expected to strengthen Al Raha Beach Resort & Spa’s award-winning dining portfolio.
What will change now?
In his new role, Singh will oversee the resort’s diverse restaurants and bars, spearheading innovative dining concepts to further elevate guest experiences. Resort management said his leadership will reinforce Al Raha’s standing as a premier hospitality destination in Abu Dhabi.

Formerly known as Al Raha Beach Hotel, the resort is managed by Danat Hotels & Resorts, a subsidiary of The National Corporation for Tourism & Hotels (NCT&H).
