From turkey takeaway to tree lighting: Magical Christmas awaits families at Al Raha Beach Resort & Spa
Celebrate the holidays while indulging in festive High Tea and curated hampers
DUBAI – The festive season is approaching, and Al Raha Beach Resort & Spa is preparing to welcome guests with a series of sparkling celebrations, culinary delights, and family-friendly experiences.
From easy-to-enjoy turkey takeaways to hands-on workshops and a grand Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony, the beachfront resort offers a full calendar of events designed to spread holiday cheer.
Turkey takeaway
From 25th November to 30th December, guests can order the resort’s perfectly roasted festive turkey with all the classic trimmings. Available in small (5-6kg) and large (8-9kg) portions, the juicy golden roast is priced at Dh490 and Dh590 respectively, with 10% off until 1st December.
Orders must be placed 24 hours in advance, with collection between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
Christmas Tree Lighting
On 9th December, the resort’s lobby will host its annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony. Families can enjoy hot cocoa, festive treats, and carols as the tree comes alive with twinkling lights. Santa Claus will also make a special appearance, delighting young guests with surprises.
The ceremony runs from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Al Raha Beach Resort & Spa Lobby.
Creative workshops for kids
Little ones can get hands-on with the Kids’ Gingerbread House Workshop on 7th, 14th, and 21st December at Wanasah from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, priced at Dh95 per child.
Simultaneously, the Christmas Tree Craft Workshop allows children to design their own festive trees at 4:00 PM, with optional parent participation for Dh20–30. Both workshops promise engaging experiences and memorable keepsakes for families.
High Tea and holiday hampers
From 3rd December to 7th January, Café Mozart will serve a Festive High Tea set for two at Dh180 per stand, featuring seasonal sweet and savoury treats. Guests can also combine the Christmas Tree Craft Workshop with the High Tea for a Dh250 festive bundle. In addition, Al Raha Beach Resort & Spa offers holiday hampers filled with cookies, chocolates, nuts, stollen, panettone, hotel-made jam or chutney, and festive ornaments. Hampers are available in small (Dh250), medium (Dh395), and large (Dh550) sizes.
