Sharjah City and Coral Beach Resort partner to empower hospitality students
New initiative aims to foster independence and equal opportunities for individuals
SHARJAH – The Coral Beach Resort Sharjah has formalised a partnership with Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed at the World Congress 2025 – We Are Inclusion.
The agreement strengthens the commitment to inclusivity, empowerment, and creating equal opportunities for individuals of determination.
The collaboration will provide students with disabilities practical training in the hospitality industry, offering essential skills and real-world experience. This initiative aligns with both organisations’ mission to foster independence, dignity, and career growth for participants.
Empowering hospitality

By gaining hands-on experience in the hospitality sector, they are not only learning skills but also building independence and dignity.”

The partnership will also see the development of specialised services, community programmes, recreational activities, and events designed to promote inclusivity. Coral Beach Resort Sharjah and Sharjah City for Humanitarian Service aim to cultivate a culture of empowerment and equal opportunity across all their initiatives.
