DUBAI – HRE Development has announced the launch of Wadi Hills, a new master-planned residential community in Dubailand.

Designed to become a landmark within one of Dubai’s fastest-growing districts, the project blends strategic infrastructure, accessible pricing, and strong rental opportunities.

Situated in the Wadi Al Safa cluster, Wadi Hills lies in an area undergoing rapid growth, with more than 70 active projects and billions of dirhams in development. This surge is positioning Dubailand as Dubai’s next major residential hub.

Enhanced connectivity

A newly approved Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) road network will directly link Wadi Hills to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. The upgrade will reduce travel time from ten minutes to just two, a factor historically linked to property value increases in comparable Dubai communities.

Competitive pricing

Residences at Wadi Hills are priced 25-35% below established neighbourhoods such as Meydan, Nad Al Sheba, and Arabian Ranches. The competitive entry point is expected to attract both homeowners and investors, while creating strong potential for long-term appreciation.

Community features

The development’s master plan includes landscaped parks, schools, retail spaces, and F&B clusters, shaping a dynamic family-friendly environment. Rental yields are projected at 7-8%, positioning the project as an appealing income-generating asset for investors.

“With Wadi Hills, we are delivering a thoughtfully designed community that combines affordability with lifestyle and long-term growth potential,” said Wissam Breidy, CEO of HRE Development.

Developer’s commitment

Backed by more than two decades of construction expertise through its parent company, HRE Development incorporates sustainability, using eco-friendly materials and smart technologies to enhance living standards. Reflecting its “building with purpose” philosophy, the developer has also pledged Dh30 million through Dubai Cares to support global education initiatives.
