World Wellness Weekend brings yoga, meditation and art to Abu Dhabi

ABU DHABI – Wellbeings Holistic Healing at Al Raha Beach Resort & Spa is inviting guests to celebrate World Wellness Weekend with a special three-day programme from 19 to 21 September.
The retreat promises sunrise-to-sunset experiences combining yoga, meditation, sound healing, art, and spa rituals on the shores of the Arabian Gulf.
Weekend schedule
On Friday, 19 September, the programme begins with a complimentary Sunset Beach Yoga and Meditation session from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Participants can flow with the waves during yoga and close the evening with a grounding guided meditation. Mats are provided, though advance registration is required.
Saturday, 20 September, features the “Saturday Wellness Journey with Movement & Creativity” from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Priced at Dh299, the morning includes a 60-minute yoga session, 30-minute guided breathwork, a nourishing wellness breakfast, and a Mindful Canvas Art activity suitable for all levels. Registration is essential for this paid session.
The weekend closes with “Sunrise Serenity: A Sunday Ritual” on 21 September from 6:00 AM to 8:30 AM. Guests will experience sunrise beach yoga followed by floating meditation and sound healing in the pool. This session is complimentary and designed as an immersive ritual for body, mind, and soul.
Spa and Wellness access
Throughout the weekend, participants can also enjoy complimentary access to the spa’s hydro-massage pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. A free 15-minute Oxygen Therapy session is also available, designed to restore balance, clear the mind and enhance vitality.
