DUBAI – Air Arabia has commenced a limited resumption of its flight operations to and from the United Arab Emirates (UAE), marking a phased return of services following recent disruptions.

The airline confirmed that operations are being restored gradually and remain subject to regulatory and operational approvals.

Flights are currently operating from three UAE bases, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah, connecting passengers to a wide international network.

The carrier emphasised that services will continue to adjust in line with operational requirements.

The resumed network operates from Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah, linking the UAE with 49 destinations across 17 countries.

The airline stated that passengers can book available seats through its official website, mobile application or authorised travel agents. Those whose flights were previously cancelled may also rebook, provided they have not already utilised refund or modification options.

The restored routes span the Middle East, Asia, Africa and Europe, covering Bahrain, Bangladesh, Egypt, Ethiopia, Greece, India, Iraq, Jordan, Kenya, Nepal, Oman, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Syria, Thailand and Turkey.

Options for passengers

Passengers affected by cancellations are being notified and offered flexible solutions. These include a one-time free date change valid within 30 days, a full credit voucher, or a full refund to the original payment method.

Customers are advised to ensure their contact details remain updated through the Manage Booking platform to receive timely notifications regarding changes.

Bookings can be managed online for direct purchases made via Air Arabia’s website or mobile application, while passengers who booked through travel agents are required to contact their respective agents for assistance. The airline also noted high enquiry volumes and urged customers to use digital support channels, including chat services for escalation to human agents where required.

The airline reiterated that passenger and crew safety remains its highest operational priority as services continue to stabilise across the network.
