Ohana unveils Dh4.7 billion coastal community between Dubai and Abu Dhabi
The ultra-luxury project features world’s largest Jacob & Co. ceiling timepiece
ABU DHABI: Ohana Development, a prominent real estate developer in the region, has announced the official launch of ‘Jacob & Co. Beachfront Living by Ohana’ in collaboration with the internationally acclaimed timepiece and jewellery house, Jacob & Co.
The luxury project was revealed on 12 May at a high-profile event held at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi, attended by Husein Salem, CEO of Ohana Development, and Jacob Arabo, Chairman and Creative Director of Jacob & Co.
Situated in Al Jurf, between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the Dh4.7 billion development is set within a protected natural reserve, offering a serene coastal escape with direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road. Residents will enjoy convenient connectivity to key destinations including Abu Dhabi International Airport, Palm Jebel Ali, and Al Maktoum International Airport.
Luxury residences
The exclusive community will feature 457 bespoke residences, ranging from seaview apartments to villas, penthouses, Sky Mansions, and beachfront mansions. Each unit has been crafted with architectural precision to embody coastal elegance. Penthouses offer sweeping 180-degree views and start from Dh22 million, while the ultra-luxurious Sky Mansions – complete with 360-degree panoramas and private elevators – are priced from Dh77 million.
Buyers can also opt for fully customisable 3- to 6-bedroom villas and mansions, each including a private pool. These are positioned either beside the tranquil reserve or along the canal. Meanwhile, the Beachfront Mansions boast panoramic sea vistas, showcasing scale and refinement that push the boundaries of modern beachfront design.
The architecture across the development reflects maritime influences, with fluid, curved façades inspired by oceanic movement. Buildings subtly mirror the initials ‘J’ and ‘C’ in homage to the Jacob & Co. legacy.
Signature features
An iconic highlight of the development is the 10-metre-wide Jacob & Co. ceiling art timepiece—the largest of its kind globally – gracing the lobby atrium and redefining the traditional chandelier as an immersive art installation.
The project also introduces the world’s first Jacob & Co. Social Club, a members-only lifestyle hub. The Club includes the first branded Seafront Cigar Lounge by Jacob & Co., an executive business centre with private meeting suites, and a residents-only Jacob & Co. gallery featuring curated watches and rotating art exhibitions.
Complementing these are a selection of resort-style amenities designed to elevate daily living and foster a deep connection to the sea. The Jacob & Co. Beach Club, also a world-first, promises fine dining concepts and stylish beachside restaurants for residents and guests.

Completion timeline
