The UAE Skills Platform has been introduced by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, following strategic direction from the Education, Human Development and Community Development Council.
Rather than being a conventional job portal or academic directory, the platform functions as an integrated guidance ecosystem. It connects students, graduates, job seekers, education institutions and employers through a single AI-powered framework that maps skills to real-time labour market needs. The aim is to help users build clearer academic and career pathways while aligning with the UAE’s long-term economic priorities.
Designed as part of a national human capital development model, the platform supports a shift towards data-driven decision-making in education and employment planning. It also provides structured insights into emerging professions, future skills and sector demands, helping users understand not just current opportunities but also future workforce trends.

UAE Skills Platform
Accessing the UAE Skills Platform is designed to be straightforward and available to a wide range of users. Individuals can register through the official website or download the mobile application from the App Store and Google Play by searching for “UAE Skills”.
