Air Arabia unveils Ramadan sale with up to 40% off flights
Discounts available across Middle East, Europe, Asia, and African routes
DUBAI – Sharjah-based low-cost carrier Air Arabia has launched a Ramadan promotional campaign offering travellers savings of up to 40 percent on selected routes across the Middle East, Europe, Asia and Africa.
The promotion, aimed at boosting early bookings ahead of the peak Eid and summer travel period, is available for reservations via the airline’s website and mobile app using the promo code RAMADAN.
Tickets must be booked by February 25, 2026, for travel between March 25 and June 15, 2026.
Destinations included
The offer covers key regional markets including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Iran, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq and Egypt. European routes include Greece, Italy, Austria, Czech Republic, Poland and Germany. Leisure and emerging tourism destinations are also featured, such as Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Türkiye, Kenya, Thailand (Krabi), and the Maldives. South Asian and African routes include Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Uganda and Ethiopia.
Discount structure
Air Arabia has organised the campaign around its fare families, with maximum discounts applied per passenger, per flight direction. For European, CIS, and selected African and Asian destinations, the discounts are:
- Basic fares: Dh80
- Value fares: Dh100
- Ultimate fares: Dh150
For GCC, Middle East, and selected South Asian routes, the maximum discounts are:
- Basic fares: Dh50
- Value fares: Dh70
- Ultimate fares: Dh100
Discounts are automatically applied once the promo code is entered during booking, with limits per route.
Early bookings matter
The sale coincides with a traditionally high-demand travel window driven by Ramadan and Eid-related visiting friends and relatives (VFR) traffic, alongside short-haul leisure travel across the GCC and the broader region. By promoting early reservations through a time-limited, digital-only campaign, Air Arabia aims to enhance load factors across its network while reinforcing direct bookings.
The airline has cautioned that promotional fares are subject to limited seat availability and may sell out before the campaign ends. Blackout dates and peak travel restrictions may apply, and the offer cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated. All fares remain subject to Air Arabia’s standard fare rules and conditions of carriage.
The campaign arrives amid continued pricing competition among regional low-cost carriers as airlines manage capacity growth alongside yield optimisation in preparation for the 2026 summer travel season.
Earlier this month, Air Arabia reported its strongest financial performance to date, posting a record pre-tax net profit of Dh1.8 billion for the year ending December 31, 2025.
