UAE travel: Air Arabia announces new Sharjah flights to London and Osh
Limited-time Rome promotion offers 20 per cent discount on selected fares
SHARJAH – UAE carrier Air Arabia is strengthening its international network from Sharjah with the launch of new long-haul and regional services, alongside a promotional offer on an existing European route.
The airline has confirmed a major expansion featuring a new double daily service to London Gatwick and the resumption of flights to Osh in Kyrgyzstan.
In addition, travellers heading to Rome can benefit from a limited-time fare discount, further enhancing travel options from the UAE.
Sharjah-London
Air Arabia will launch its first non-stop service between Sharjah and London Gatwick on 4 July 2026, operating as a double daily direct flight. The new route marks a significant addition to the airline’s European network and will be operated using the Airbus A321neo LR aircraft.

Flight timings (all local time) include G9 258 departing Sharjah at 1:45pm and arriving in London at 6:35pm, and G9 259 departing London at 7:35pm arriving in Sharjah at 5:50am. Additional services include G9 265 departing Sharjah at 3:55am arriving in London at 8:45am, and G9 266 departing London at 10:05pm arriving in Sharjah at 8:20pm. Fares start from Dh 999 one way and Dh 1,939 return.
Sharjah-Osh
Air Arabia will also resume its non-stop service between Sharjah and Osh in Kyrgyzstan from 3 July, reinforcing its Central Asia connectivity. The reinstated route provides direct access between the UAE and Osh, catering to both leisure and visiting traffic demand.

The return of the Osh service forms part of the airline’s broader network expansion strategy, enhancing its summer schedule and strengthening links across key regional destinations from Sharjah.
