Apple opens first Al Ain store at Al Jimi Mall, its fifth in UAE
New store brings Apple Pickup, trade-in and financing options
DUBAI – Apple has expanded its footprint in the United Arab Emirates with the opening of its newest retail outlet at Al Jimi Mall in Al Ain.
This marks the company’s fifth official store in the country and the first in the emirate, bringing a full range of Apple’s latest products, services and programmes to the Garden City.
The store, named Apple Al Jimi Mall, is designed to showcase Apple’s product ecosystem while providing customers with expert guidance, trade-in options, financing plans and creative workshops. It joins Apple Yas Mall and Apple Al Maryah Island in Abu Dhabi, along with Apple Dubai Mall and Apple Mall of the Emirates in Dubai, strengthening the brand’s retail presence across the UAE.

What does the store offer?
At Apple Al Jimi Mall, visitors can explore the latest devices, including the MacBook Pro powered by the M4 chip, the iPad Pro with Apple Pencil Pro, the new Apple Watch Series 11, and AirPods Pro 3. Customers can also shop the latest iPhone line-up, with staff providing personalised shopping sessions to help them find the right device.
The store offers flexible monthly payment plans and Apple’s Trade In programme, allowing customers to exchange older devices for credit towards new purchases. A dedicated Apple Pickup counter makes it possible to order online and collect items in-store at a convenient time.

Deirdre O’Brien, Apple’s senior vice president of Retail and People, said the company is “thrilled to open Apple Al Jimi Mall, our first store in Al Ain, just in time for the arrival of the latest iPhone generation — our most innovative line-up ever.”
How can customers learn and create?
Apple’s global educational initiative, Today at Apple, has also been introduced at the Al Ain store. The programme offers free workshops led by Apple’s Creative team, designed to help participants get the most out of their devices.
Sessions available at the new location include:
- Get Started: Mac
- Workshop: Take Better Photos on iPhone
- Tips: Capture Ideas on iPad
- Spotlight: Apple Intelligence
Through these sessions, visitors of all ages can explore skills in photography, video, design, music, and coding. Students, in particular, are expected to benefit as Apple continues to support digital learning and creativity across the UAE.
Design meet sustainability
Apple Al Jimi Mall has been built with sustainability and accessibility at its centre. The store incorporates environmentally friendly materials, including a distinctive biopolymer terrazzo floor, and runs entirely on renewable energy.

Accessibility features include varied table and seating heights, improved visual and acoustic clarity, expanded assisted-listening systems and wide, easy-to-navigate pathways. These measures ensure that the store is welcoming to every visitor.

Inside, customers can also experience the Genius Bar and dedicated demo zones, including one for the Apple Vision Pro.
The store opens daily from 10 a.m., welcoming Al Ain residents and visitors to experience Apple’s latest technologies in a space that blends innovation, inclusivity and sustainability.
