The deal was confirmed through official data from the Dubai Land Department and highlights continued investor confidence in high-value coastal assets.

The commercial plot at Royal Amwaj spans over 858,645 square feet, with a valuation of Dh1,166 per square foot. The scale and value of the transaction position it among the most significant land deals in the area.

Figures from the Dubai Land Department’s “Dubai REST” application showed that total real estate transactions had surpassed Dh3.18 billion by 1:45pm UAE time on the day of recording. Of this total, Dh1.73 billion came from sales, accounting for 54.49 percent of all activity. Mortgages contributed Dh280.98 million, while gifts amounted to Dh1.17 billion. The distribution of transactions indicates a balanced mix of investment-driven purchases and financial activity across the market.
