DUBAIMeraki Group has strengthened its presence in Dubai with the acquisition of three additional office units at Sobha Sapphire in Business Bay, paving the way for a new flagship Sales Centre featuring a fully built two-bedroom show apartment.

The expansion marks another step in the company's long-term growth strategy in the emirate. It also provides additional space for its expanding workforce as it advances its residential development pipeline across Dubai.

The new Sales Centre has been established within the 16-storey Sobha Sapphire tower, originally constructed by Meraki Group's own contracting division, reflecting the company's vertically integrated approach to development and construction.

New facility

At the heart of the new centre is a fully furnished two-bedroom show apartment built within the office space. Designed to replicate the craftsmanship, biophilic design principles and contemporary detailing found across Meraki's residential developments, the apartment offers investors and prospective homeowners an opportunity to experience the company's work in a completed living environment rather than through digital renderings.

The Sales Centre is intended to serve as a dedicated destination where clients can explore projects, receive consultations and engage with customer service teams in a single location. The show apartment has been completed to the same standards as Meraki's residential developments, highlighting the company's in-house expertise across structural construction, glazing, metal fabrication and interior finishing.

Growth plans

"Dubai has been central to Meraki's story for more than three decades, and this expansion reflects our continued confidence in the city's momentum," said Ajay Rajendran, Founder and Chairman of Meraki Group.

"Creating a full show apartment within our Sales Centre allows clients to experience our craftsmanship up close, not through renders but through real space, real materials, and real detail. It's a milestone that strengthens our commitment to the market and to the people we serve."

Meraki Developers, the group's Dubai-based real estate arm, has completed more than 110 projects across the wider group portfolio, including residential towers, luxury villas and commercial developments. The company combines in-house engineering and contracting capabilities to oversee projects from concept through to completion, with a focus on design, sustainability and lifestyle-oriented communities.

Looking ahead to 2030, Meraki aims to become one of Dubai's top ten property developers by consistently delivering high-quality residential projects on schedule while building communities centred on well-being and modern urban living.
