Dubai-based Home Keys makes waves with first-ever property expo in Pakistan
Hundreds attend Lahore exhibition featuring top UAE property developers
DUBAI/LAHORE – Dubai-based Home Keys Real Estate hosted its first-ever property exhibition in Pakistan over the weekend, attracting a strong turnout and spirited interest from local investors.
The two-day showcase, held at Ramada by Wyndham in the city of Lahore, marked a milestone for both the company and Pakistan’s growing appetite for international real estate. The event drew more than 500 visitors, including families, professionals, and first-time investors eager to explore opportunities across Dubai’s thriving property market.

The exhibition featured leading UAE developers, investment advisers, and interactive sessions designed to offer clarity on purchasing processes, payment plans, and long-term value. To many attendees, the event was a breath of fresh air in an industry where reliable information is often hard to come by.
Market insight
Speaking to TravelsDubai, CEO Muhammad Abubakar Imtiaz said the response “exceeded expectations”, describing Pakistan as “a country full of potential where people want to secure their children’s future”. He added, “We take care of everything – your property, your process, your peace of mind. From the first inquiry to the final handover, we handle every step so our clients can invest confidently in Dubai.”

He noted that the company’s research division works daily to produce detailed market reports for buyers, investors, and property owners. “We’re here to make sure people can make smart and well-informed real estate decisions,” he said. “The turnout at this exhibition shows how strongly Pakistanis are looking for trustworthy guidance.”
Visitors echoed similar sentiments. Arif Khan, an attendee exploring options for his family, remarked, “It’s eye-opening. We’ve always wanted clear information, and today we finally got it.” Another visitor, Danish Farooq, told TravelsDubai: “The team explained everything in plain language. It feels like investing abroad might actually be within reach.”

Mrs Malik, who attended with her family, described the event as “useful, informative, and surprisingly welcoming”, adding that the refreshments and patient guidance made the experience “worth every minute”.

Buyer confidence
Off-Plan Manager Nayyab Shoaib, who oversaw the exhibition floor, said Pakistanis often hesitate due to a lack of accurate information. “People were afraid of investing abroad because they didn’t know whom to trust,” she said. “We’re breaking those barriers. We’re not selling mere properties – we’re offering secure investments.”

Shoaib confirmed that around 100 visitors expressed genuine interest in purchasing property in Dubai, especially due to Dubai’s investment-friendly environment, strong legal protections, and long-term value appreciation. “Investment security in the UAE is almost guaranteed. If someone asks how secure Pakistanis’ investment is, I say 110%,” she said.
She highlighted flexible payment plans presented at the exhibition: “Do you want a 15% discount or 40%? A Dh4 million property or Dh21 million? A plan with 1% or 10% quarterly payments? Buyers can secure all of this in durations ranging from two to ten years.”
The exhibition featured leading UAE developers including Emaar, Binghatti, Sobha, Danube, Samana, Damac, Azizi, Imtiaz Developments, and Al Habtoor, among others. Visitors engaged in detailed consultations ranging from luxury waterfront projects to affordable apartments ideal for rental income.

Ahmed Jamil, one of the early entrants at the event, said, “The options were diverse. It was like opening a treasure chest of possibilities.”
The exhibition offered attendees personalised guidance on documentation, investment safety, rental returns, and developer reliability. Property managers were seen walking families through brochures, payment charts, and digital presentations. Many left hopeful of making bookings in the coming weeks.
To several visitors, the event proved that Dubai’s real estate market is not only accessible but brimming with options for every budget. With attendees describing the experience as engaging and eye-opening, Home Keys signalled that this debut showcase may be the first of many such events in Pakistan’s major cities.

Earlier this year, the company joined Pakistan Association Dubai (PAD) in creating the world’s largest UAE flag made of 24,514 handprints, representing more than 100 nationalities. Unveiled on 22 May at the Pakistan Auditorium, the 12-by-24-metre flag was certified by a Guinness World Records adjudicator during a ceremony attended by diplomats and community leaders.
CEO Abubakar Imtiaz said at the time, “Home Keys is proud to be a contributor to this record-breaking UAE flag, created through unity, colour, and a shared love for the Emirates.”
