flydubai travel update: Limited flights operating amid regional developments
Temporary rerouting may extend flight durations
DUBAI – Dubai-based carrier flydubai has resumed operations across its network, although services remain limited as regional airspace conditions continue to affect flight routes.
The airline confirmed that flights are operating with adjusted schedules and, in some cases, longer travel times due to temporary rerouting around restricted airspace.
Passengers are advised to check their flight status online or through the airline’s mobile application before heading to the airport.
flydubai flights update
The airline said travellers whose flights were booked between February 28 and March 31 can reschedule their travel within 30 days of the original departure date without penalty.
Bookings can be managed through flydubai’s website, mobile application, Contact Centre, travel shops or authorised travel agents.
Passengers connecting to other flights have also been advised to ensure their onward services are operating before starting their journeys.
What passengers need to know
flydubai has urged customers to keep their contact details updated through the Manage Your Booking section so they can receive real-time updates.
Due to temporary route adjustments, flight durations and transit times may be longer than usual.
The airline has also advised passengers to rely only on official flydubai communication channels for accurate information and operational updates.
