ABU DHABI – An extraordinary evening unfolded at Emirates Palace as Binghatti officially unveiled Tilal Binghatti, the developer’s first iconic villa and mansion project in Dubai.
The launch ceremony blended luxury, architecture and entertainment in a celebration that marked a significant milestone for the brand’s expansion into master-planned living.
Held in an atmosphere of elegance and prestige, the event featured a live performance by Eida Al Menhali, adding to the grandeur of the evening as guests were introduced to the vision behind the landmark development.
The reveal highlighted Binghatti’s ambition to redefine elevated living through a carefully curated lifestyle destination.
Design vision
At the centre of the showcase was the Dune Grand Villa, presented as a refined architectural statement shaped through proportion, natural light and premium materiality.
Defined by sculpted detailing and expansive double-height living spaces, the design aims to bring nature-inspired luxury into the heart of the residence while maintaining a sense of understated sophistication.
Tilal Binghatti
Tilal Binghatti represents the company’s first-ever master-planned community, spanning more than 10 million square feet in Dubai’s Academic City. Designed as a walkable and self-contained urban district, the development combines residential, retail, wellness and lifestyle experiences within one integrated destination.
The project will feature private villas, landscaped surroundings, swimmable water features and more than 50 lifestyle-focused amenities. Its strategic location is intended to provide seamless connectivity to Downtown Dubai, Dubai International Airport and the future Blue Line metro expansion.
