DUBAIDAMAC Properties, the largest private real estate developer in the UAE and the Middle East, has launched The Lifestyle Collection, a curated portfolio of apartment projects designed to make homeownership more accessible across Dubai’s master communities.

The new offering provides buyers with flexible entry options, with monthly plans starting from Dh1,999 for selected apartments. The initiative is aimed at first-time buyers, end-users and long-term residents looking to become part of established and growing communities across the emirate.

Lifestyle Collection

The Lifestyle Collection brings together residential options across DAMAC’s master developments, including DAMAC Hills, DAMAC Hills 2, DAMAC Lagoons and DAMAC Riverside. Rather than focusing only on standalone apartment buildings, the collection highlights access to community-based living, combining residential spaces with lifestyle infrastructure, leisure facilities, wellness features and family-oriented amenities.

Amira Sajwani, Managing Director of DAMAC Properties, said: “Dubai has always been a city where people come to build a future, and homeownership is an important part of that journey. DAMAC’s The Lifestyle Collection is designed for first-time buyers, end-users and long-term residents who want more than an apartment; they want access to a community, a sense of belonging and an environment that helps them thrive, physically and mentally. As Dubai continues to make ownership and long-term residency more accessible, we believe The Lifestyle Collection is well aligned with what the market needs now.”

Property ownership in Dubai

The launch comes as Dubai continues to support wider access to property ownership and encourage more residents to establish long-term connections with the city. Initiatives such as the Dubai Land Department’s First-Time Home Buyer Programme and updates to property-linked residency regulations have contributed to a market environment focused increasingly on end-users and long-term residents seeking stability and value.

More than 3,200 residents have purchased their first homes since the First-Time Home Buyer Programme was introduced in July 2025, highlighting continued demand for residential ownership opportunities in Dubai. Recent changes to property-linked residency rules are also expected to strengthen buyer confidence, including the removal of the minimum property value requirement for sole owners applying for a two-year property investor visa.

Community living

Through The Lifestyle Collection, buyers can access homes within some of DAMAC’s major master communities, including destinations designed around open spaces, recreational areas and integrated amenities. Residents across these communities have access to lifestyle features covering leisure, fitness, wellness and family activities, creating a more connected residential experience.

The collection reflects DAMAC’s continued focus on developing communities that combine residential ownership with flexible payment structures and lifestyle-driven environments. By offering a lower monthly entry point, the initiative provides additional options for residents looking to move from renting towards owning a home in Dubai.

DAMAC Properties has been at the forefront of the Middle East’s luxury real estate sector since 2002, delivering residential, commercial and leisure developments across the region and internationally. The company has delivered more than 50,000 homes, with over 55,000 additional units in various planning and development stages.
