Azizi Developments’ Creek Views III reaches 66pc completion, set for 2026 delivery
Waterfront residences feature modern amenities and premium lifestyle facilities
DUBAI – Azizi Developments, one of the UAE’s leading private developers, has announced that construction at Creek Views III, its luxury residential project located along the shores of Dubai Creek in Dubai Healthcare City, has reached 66% completion.
The development is progressing towards its scheduled delivery in the fourth quarter of 2026, with several major construction milestones already achieved.
The project continues to take shape as a prominent addition to Dubai Healthcare City’s growing residential landscape.
Construction progress
Structural works at Creek Views III have been completed, while blockwork has reached 100% and internal plastering stands at 98%. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) works are currently 79% complete, with HVAC installations progressing to 83%. Façade works have reached 75%, elevator installations are at 90%, tiling works stand at 55%, and overall finishing works have reached 60%.
A workforce of 780 personnel is currently deployed at the site, supporting the continued progress of the development.

Creek Views III is the latest addition to Azizi Creek Views in Dubai Healthcare City and features 290 residential units, including studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments.
The development is designed with a range of lifestyle-focused facilities, including two pools, a sauna, a steam room, a fully equipped gym, dedicated BBQ areas, yoga spaces and children’s play areas.
Located in a central area of Dubai, the project offers residents access to major road networks, including Al Khail Road, while being surrounded by healthcare facilities, lifestyle destinations and shopping options within Dubai Healthcare City.
