Bvlgari unveils exclusive island tower featuring penthouses and sky villa
Italian design meets resort-style waterfront living
DUBAI – A new chapter in Dubai’s luxury property market is taking shape on Jumeirah Bay Island, where Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts and Dubai developer Meraas have unveiled the Bvlgari Lighthouse, an ultra-exclusive residential tower overlooking the Arabian Gulf and the city skyline.
Rising 27 storeys above one of the emirate’s most prestigious waterfront locations, the development will contain just 31 residences, placing privacy and exclusivity at the heart of its appeal.
Designed by renowned Italian architectural firm ACPV Architects Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, the project combines contemporary architecture with Bvlgari’s signature emphasis on craftsmanship, elegance and attention to detail. Positioned on the edge of Jumeirah Bay Island, the tower has been conceived to maximise uninterrupted sea views while creating a secluded sanctuary above the city.
Bvlgari Lighthouse
The Bvlgari Lighthouse takes its architectural inspiration from coral formations, with layered structures wrapping around the building to filter natural light and airflow. The façade’s organic form is intended to create a balance between openness and privacy, while reinforcing the connection between the residences and their coastal surroundings.
The collection comprises four- and five-bedroom penthouses, each designed with expansive indoor and outdoor living spaces. Large terraces frame views of either the Arabian Gulf or Dubai’s skyline, while selected homes feature private swimming pools and dedicated lift access.
Bvlgari describes the residences as living spaces suspended between sea and sky, carefully curated to reflect the brand’s timeless aesthetic and commitment to refined luxury.
Sky Villa
Crowning the tower is the development’s most exclusive residence, the Bvlgari Sky Villa. Spanning three levels at the top of the building, the residence is designed on a scale rarely seen in Dubai’s branded residential market.
The Sky Villa features nine bedrooms, a private 13,000-square-foot terrace, family lounges, study areas, wellness facilities and extensive entertainment spaces. Direct lift access, landscaped outdoor areas and a private pool further elevate the residence’s exclusivity, offering a level of privacy more commonly associated with standalone estates.
Resort lifestyle
Residents will also have access to an extensive range of amenities inspired by the hospitality experience of the nearby Bvlgari Resort Dubai. Plans include a 50-metre infinity pool, private cabanas, Mediterranean-style gardens, outdoor lounges, wellness facilities and dining experiences overlooking the Arabian Gulf.
The launch adds to the growing popularity of branded residences across the UAE, where luxury brands are increasingly extending their identity beyond hotels into residential developments.
