Azizi Developments tops Dubai property market again with Dh3.2 billion June sales
Demand surges as off-plan transactions more than double in one month
DUBAI – Azizi Developments has retained its position as Dubai’s leading real estate developer for the second consecutive month after recording the highest sales value and sales volume in June 2026.
The private UAE developer achieved more than Dh3.2 billion in sales during the month. It also completed 3,700 off-plan transactions, reflecting a sharp rise in buyer activity across its portfolio.
Sales surge
The June performance marked a significant jump from May, when the developer recorded 1,601 sales. Transaction volume more than doubled within a month, highlighting sustained demand from both local and international investors.
Commenting on the results, Group CEO Farhad Azizi said June built on the momentum established in May, driven by continued demand across the company's developments and the trust of investors. He added that the company remains committed to delivering premium projects on schedule while maintaining high quality standards.
Azizi Developments continues to expand its pipeline across Dubai with a broad range of residential and mixed-use projects designed for both local buyers and overseas investors.
