Investor confidence

Non-resident investors accounted for 14% of the market, demonstrating growing international interest in Dubai’s property landscape. The increase in both local and foreign participation underlines the city’s reputation as a global investment hub.

Market outlook

The Dubai Land Department noted that the sustained growth stems from a combination of strategic planning, investor confidence, and diversified opportunities across the sector. Analysts highlight that the current trajectory positions Dubai well to achieve its long-term Dh1 trillion target ahead of schedule.
